摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务对护理质量持续改进患者满意度的影响。方法:2011年6月~2012年1月将600例住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组各300例。对照组实施常规传统护理服务,观察组实施优质护理服务,针对护理质量持续改进与患者满意度进行比较。结果:观察组实施优质护理服务并能对入院患者出现的各种问题进行及时处理,满足患者的需求,护理质量持续改进评价数据明与患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务能够显著提高护士的主动服务意识,加强基础护理,注重护患关系,满足患者需求,提高患者对护理服务质量的满意度,可以推动护理质量持续改进,全面推动医院护理工作发展。
Objective To investigate the quality of nursing service in continuous improvement of nursing quality affecting patient satisfaction. Methods In 2011 06 months-2012 01 months 600 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 300 cases. The implementation of the control group conventional care,observation group implementation of high quality nursing service, for the continuous improvement of nursing quality and patient satisfaction were compared. Results In the observation group, the implementation of high quality nursing service and to the patients appears all sorts of problems timely treatment, to meet the needs of the patient, continuous improvement of nursing quality evaluation data and patient satisfaction significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion High quality of nursing service can enhance the active service consciousness of nurses, strengthen the basic nursing, focus on the nurse-patient relationship, to satisfy the needs of patients, improve the patient on the quality of nursing service satisfaction, can promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality, promote the comprehensive development of hospital nursing work.
