摘要
目的:探讨无创呼吸机的临床应用及护理方法。方法:应用无创呼吸机对需要辅助通气治疗的患者进行治疗,配合健康宣教、专业护理支持及心理护理支持。结果:通过正确的操作及有效地护理支持可以增加患者患者的依从性,减少机械通气的各种损伤及并发症。结论:有效地健康宣教、专业护理及心理护理支持,使得患者及家属接受及配合治疗,能有效提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of non-invasive ventilator and methods of care. Methods The non- invasive ventilator treatment of patients requiring assisted ventilation therapy with health education,professional care,support and psychological care and support. Results Through the proper operation and care support can increase a patient the patient＇s compliance,reduce injury and complications of mechanical ventilation. Conclusions Effective health education, professional nursing and psychological care to support patients and their families to accept and cooperate with treatment,can effectively improve the therapeutic effect .
