保洁员医院感染知识的调查分析和管理对策

目的:调查分析保洁员医院感染知识并提出相应医院感染防范与管理对策。方法:通过对50名病区保洁员进行问卷调查及培训,比较分析培训前后的效果。结果:保洁员责任心不强;消毒液使用不规范;自我防护意识和卫生习惯差;违反操作流程等是可能导致医院感染的主要危险因素。保洁员培训前后感染知识认知率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过强化管理制度对策实施及培训能有效控制和预防医院感染的发生。

Objective To investigate and analyze nosocomial infection knowledge in cleaning staff and propose consequential preven- tion and management countermeasure. Methods Nosocomial infection knowledge was investigated by questionnaire and corre- sponding training was performed in 50 cases of endemic area cleaning staffs, and the training effects were observed. Results Some defects in cleaning staffs such as weak responsibility, nonstandard using of disinfectant, poor self-protection awareness and health habits and breaching of handling regulations may be the main potential risk factors that induced Nosocomial infection. After training, the nosocomial infection knowledge had a conspicuous improve in cleaning staffs. Conclusion Implementation of management coun- termeasures and knowledge training could effectively control and prevent nosocomial infection.
