大鼠大网膜移植脾片细胞免疫学研究

THE CELL IMMUNOLOGY RESEARCH OF THE SPLENIC PATCH TRANSPLANTED IN EPIPLOON IN RATS

目的 研究大网膜不同移植脾片量的再生量及再生脾片的细胞免疫情况。方法 流式细胞术检测脾片移植前后 CD3、CD3+CD2 5、CD4、CD8、CD4/ CD8变化。结果 检测 4周组各项免疫指标明显低于其它各组 P<0 .0 1,8周大小块脾片移植组 CD3+CD2 5高于对照组 ;大块脾片组 6、8周重量低于对照组。 结论 大网膜移植脾片不论重量如何 ,其再生过程是一样的 ,再生脾片免疫细胞数也是基本相似 ,达到正常脾脏水平。

Objective investigate the regenerated weight of the splenic patch transplanted in different weight in epiploon and the complexion of the cell immunity in the regenerated splenic patch.Methods Survey the change of the CD3、CD3+CD25、CD4CD8CD4/CD8 of the splenic patch before and after transplantation by flow cytomentry.Results the guideline of immunity in 4 weeks groups are less than any other group.P<0.01;the CD3+CD25 of the 8weeks groups are more than the control group,P<0.05;the weight of the bigger regenerated splenic patch group are less than the control group in 6 and 8 weeks P<0.01.Conclusion there are the same regeneration process whatever the weight of the splenic patch transplanted.The immunity cell count of the regenerated splenic patch are similitude and achieve the normal level.
