A Study on the Synthesis of Ketoprofen

以苯甲酸为起始原料 ,经溴化、Friedel crafts反应、Grignard反应制得 3 乙酰基二苯酮 (5 ) 。

Ketoprofen was synthesized from benzoic acid by bromination,the Friedel Crafts reaction,and the Grignard reaction to give 3 acetyl benzophenone,which was converted to ketoprofen via the Darzens reaction.The overall yield was 32%.
