摘要
血管生成素（angiopoetin Ang）家庭是近年来发现的与血管生成及成熟密切相关的细胞因子，包括Ang-1、Ang-2、Ang-3与Ang-4，其中Ang-2的研究较多，而且主要集中于用免疫组化法检测Ang2在肿瘤组织中表达的情况，
