磷酸腺苷激活的蛋白激酶与肝脏能量代谢 被引量:1

摘要 肝脏作为机体储存能量和调节代谢的重要器官,维持机体合成代谢和分解代谢的平衡。机体能量缺乏时,肝脏糖异生及糖原分解增强,脂肪酸氧化增加,为肝外器官提供充足能量;机体能量过剩时,肝脏增加糖原及脂质合成来储备能量。
