摘要 近年来,学界对神经内分泌肿瘤（neuroendocrineneoplasm,NEN）的认识发生了很大的改变,其诊断和治疗模式亦相应变迁,已成为研究的热点。1概念名称的历史变迁人类对胰腺内分泌功能的探究起步于1869年,一名德国医学生Paul Langerhans发现在分泌消化液的胰腺导管组织之外。
