中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕不育78例分析

Immunity infertility treated with TCM combined with western medicine(Report of 78 cases)

目的通过应用中西医结合治疗以及西医治疗方案治疗后检测免疫性抗体的转阴率,来说明中西医结合疗法是一种治疗免疫性不孕不育更有价值的方法。方法选取于2010年1至9月在妇产科门诊就诊的不孕不育女性患者78例,采用间接免疫荧光法测定不孕不育女性血清中抗精子抗体、抗卵巢抗体和抗子宫内膜抗体;采用ELISA方法检测宫颈黏液中的免疫性抗体;在西医治疗以及中西医结合治疗前后进行抗体检测及分析。结果治疗后,中西医结合治疗组的各种免疫性抗体下降较西医治疗组显著,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗在清除免疫性抗体、提高抗体转阴率方面,表现出明显的优势。

Objective To explore integrative therapy in the treatment of autoimmune infertility with TCM combined with western medicine.Methods 80 female patients with infertile in the consulting-room of the out-patients department from January to September,2010 in our hospital were selected as subjects.The anti-sperm antibodies,anti-ovarian antibodies and anti uterus the intima antibody in the serum of these infertility females were examined with indirect immunofluorescence method;the autoimmune antibodies in the cervical mucus were detected by ELISA before and after the Western medicine treatment as well as TCM combined with western medicine.Results The treating effects showed that different autoimmune antibodies in the patients treated with TCM combined with western medicine decreased obviously compared with that treated with western medicine only.There was a significant difference between the two treating methods after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The results indicate that TCM combined with western medicine has remarkable advantages in declining various autoimmune antibodies and increasing negative conversion rate of the antibody.
