摘要
[目的]研究宿根花卉耐盐性。[方法]供试材料为矢羽芒(Miscanthus sinensis var.purpurea)、"玫红地神"翠菀(Aster dumosus‘Rosenwichte’l)、"雪冠"假龙头(Physostegia virginiana‘Crown of Snow’)、蜀葵[Althaea rosea(L.)Cavan.]、"夏日美酒"千叶蓍(Achill-ea millefolium‘Summer wine’)和"火尾"抱茎桃叶蓼(Persicaria amplexicaulis‘Firetail’)幼苗。盐浓度梯度为0%(CK)和0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%。[结果]盐胁迫下,6种宿根花卉的脯氨酸含量随着处理时间的增加呈先增加后减少的趋势变化。同一处理时间,在盐浓度为0.6%时,脯氨酸含量增加显著。‘火尾’抱茎桃叶蓼和蜀葵耐盐性较强。[结论]该研究对宿根花卉在唐山地区的推广应用具有现实的指导意义。
[Objective] The purpose was to study the salt resistance of perennial plants.[Method] Six kinds of materials were Miscanthus sinensis var.purpurea,Aster dumosus 'Rosenwichtel',Physostegia virginiana 'Crown of Snow',Althaea rosea(L.) Cavan.,Achillea millefolium 'Summer wine',Persicaria amplexicaulis 'Firetail' respectively.Salt concentration were 0%(CK),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% respectively.[Result] The results indicated that the proline contents of six kinds of perennial plants firstly increased then decreased with the increasing of treating time.The proline contents increased obviously when salt concentration was 0.6% under the same treating time.Persicaria amplexicaulis 'Firetail' and Althaea rosea(L.) Cavan.had a strong salt tolerance character.[Conclusion] The study has a practical guidance significance for perennial plants' popularization and application in Tangshan Area.
