浙江余杭中泰乡竹笛产业区的变迁及发展研究

Study on Change and Development of Bamboo Flute Industry District in Zhngtai Village,Yuhang Region,Zhejiang Province

杭州市余杭区中泰乡从20世纪80年代开始制笛,至今已有近130家制笛企业,中泰乡制笛业的快速发展现象已引起了政府和专家的重视。该文通过实地调研,初步探讨了中泰乡竹笛产业区的发展特点和发展机制,认为偶然性、村民共同愿望、制度转型和政府支持是产业区发展的主要内在因素;同时指出了中泰乡竹笛产业区存在的问题并对今后的发展提出了一些建议。

Zhongtai Village,Yuhang Region,Hangzhou City has been making flutes since 1980s＇,currently there are 130 enterprises for producing flutes.The rapid development of flutes industry caused the attention of the government and experts.Through field investigation,the development characteristics and mechanism were discussed,it was thought that main inner factors include contingency,villagers＇ shared vision,system transformation and government support.At the same time,the existing problems were put forward,several advices for future development were put forward.
