摘要
目的通过应用氢质子磁共振波谱成像技术(1Hmagnetic resonance spect-roscopy,1HMRS)对组织缓激肽释放酶(tissue kallikrein,TK)治疗急性脑梗塞患者缺血及缺血半暗带区脑组织中以N-乙酰天门氨酸、乳酸等代谢产物的生物变化及其演变规律进行分析,将其分析结果与临床评分结果做一致性分析,评估急性脑梗塞治疗前后磁共振波谱分析与临床评分的相关性。方法对我院17例临床诊断为急性脑梗塞的病人,在急性发病期、TK药物治疗14天后分别对其进行磁共振波谱分析,将其分析结果和临床美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)的评分进行一致性分析。结果磁共振波谱分析可以对脑梗塞进行早期诊断;脑梗塞治疗前、后的代谢产物的变化具有统计学意义,将分析结果与临床评分具有较好的一致性。结论磁共振波谱对脑梗塞治疗前后的代谢产物的分析与临床评分具有较好的一致性。
Objective Through analysis the biological changes of metabolites including N- acetyl tianmen acidi ¢actic acid act by the technology of proton magnetic resonance spec- troscopy (1H magnetic resonance spect-roscopy, 1 HMRS) in acute cerebral infarction patients, who were before and after treatmented by the organization slow shock peptide release enzyme (tissue kallikrein, TK), Then, Analysis of the consistency about the result of MRS analysis and the clinical scoring, to evaluation the correlation of magnetic reso- nance spectrum analysis and the clinical scoring in cerebral infarction. Methods 17 cases acute cerebral infarction patients, who were processed magnetic resonance imaging in the acute onset period, after treatmented by TK drug respectively.the results and the score of clinical analysis of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, NIHSS) were processed consistency analysis. Results Magnetic reso- nance spectrum analysis can early diagnose cerebral infarction; the change of metabolic products are statistically significant before and after treatment, the results and clinical scoring has good uniformity. Conclusion The magnetic resonance spectroscopy of cere- bral infarction betore and after treatment and clinical scoring has good uniformity.
