肾病综合征激素治疗依从性相关因素临床分析

Study on influential factors of steroid compliance in patient with nephrotic syndrome

目的探讨影响激素治疗肾病综合征依从性的影响因素。方法采用自行设计的激素治疗肾病综合征依从性问卷,对374例患者进行问卷调查,内容包括年龄、性别、文化程度、职业、经济收入、医疗费用支付方式、就医条件、医患关系、家庭支持、对疾病的认识、病程。结果依从性好组257例(68.72%),依从性差组117例(31.28%),2组性别构成、就医条件、病程比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);依从性差组对疾病的认识、医患关系、经济收入、医疗费用支付方式,是影响依从性的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论激素治疗肾病综合征患者依从性受多因素影响,应针对上述因素采取相应措施以提高依从性。

Objective To explore the influential factors of steroid compliance in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 374 patients with nephrotic syndrome were inquired with questionnaire designed by ourselves,which included patients,age,sex,educational background,income,occupation,the way of payment for treatment,medical conditions,doctor-patient relationship,family support,patients＇ knowledge about the disease and the disease course.Results Among 374 patients with nephrotic syndrome,257（68.72%）were good compliance to steroid,while 117（31.28%）were poor compliance.There was no significant difference between two group in sex,medical conditions and course of the disease（P0.05）.And patients＇ knowledge about the disease,doctor-patient relationship,income and the way of payment for treatment were related to steroid compliance in patient with nephrotic syndrome（P0.05）.Conclusion Steroid compliance is impacted by multiple factors.Measures should be taken to improve the steroid compliance.
