杭州地区季节变化与脑血管病关系的调查分析

The investigation and analysis of the realtionship between season changes in Hangzhou area and cerebralvascualr disease

目的 观察杭州地区季节变化的特点及与脑血管病发病的关系 ,为脑血管病的防治提供理论依据。方法 调查和分析杭州地区季节变化中气温、气湿及气压变化的状况 ,并进行详细分析。逐月统计来院疗养员脑血管病发病率 ,比较各月发病率的高低。结果 杭州地区 6～ 7月份高湿、低压、日温差变化大 ,1 0月～翌年 2月份气候干燥、低温、具有冷锋及冷暖锋交替等特点。脑血管病发病率高值期在 6～ 7月份及 1 0月～翌年 2月份。结论 杭州地区季节变化 ,尤其是高湿、低压 (特别是气压降至 99 975kPa以下时 )、冷空气过境、冷锋及冷暖锋交替等气象变化都极易诱导和导致脑血管病的发病。

Objective Observation of the realtionship between season changes in Hangzhou area and cerebralvascular disease.In order to provide us theory basis for prevent and cure of cerebralvascular disease. Methods To investigate and analyze the status of air tempe-rature,air humidity,atmospheric pressure of season changes in Hangzhou area.The statistics incidence of disease by moon aftermoon of cerebralvascular disease,making comparison between the moons. Results There were high air humidity、low atmospheric pressure and air temperature one day had significant difference in Jume～July of Hangzhou area.There were climate torrefaction、low air temperature、cold fron、cold and warm front alternate in Octiber～february after the year.The height of the statistics in June～July and Octiber～february after the year. Conclusion Season changes in Hangzhou area,in especial weather change of high air humidity、low atmopheric pressure(atmospheric pressure<99.975kPa,pqrticularly)、cold air overpraise、cold front、cold and warm front altermate all quite to facility bring out and result in cerebralvascular disease.
