摘要
目的 研究磁场穴位刺激对机体超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力的影响。方法 实验动物为家兔 ,随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组家兔每天接受一次磁处理 ,在其腹背贴磁片 ,刺激相关穴位 ,每次的处理时间为 30分钟。 6周后 ,用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定两组动物的血清SOD活性。结果 实验组与对照组血清SOD活力分别为 2 0 8 54± 1 9 88(NU ml) ,1 62 1 2± 4 3 88(NU ml) ,两组比较差异显著 ,P <0 .0 5。实验组SOD活力明显增强。结论 SOD是生物体内清除自由基的重要的酶 ,实验结果表明磁场的穴位刺激能增强该酶活力 ,提高机体处理自由基的能力 。
Objective To study influence of point-stimulated by magnetic field on serm SOD of organism. Methods The exp.objects are rabbits,they were divided into exp.and control groups.The rabbits of exp.group were treated by magnetic field everly day,dealing time was 30 minuets.Magnetic pieces were put in points of back and abdomen.After 6 weeks,serum SOD activity was determined with XO method. Results Compared with the control group,serum SOD activity of the exp.group was obviously improved,P<0.01. Conclusion The results showed that point-stimulated by magnetic field can improve SOD activity,inhibit free radical and strengthen anti-oxidation of organism.
