平山病护理一例

摘要患者女，15岁。5个月前无明显诱因下出现右手拇指活动不灵活，同时发现右手大、小鱼际肌萎缩，自觉无力感不明显，曾有一次拿钥匙开门时有无力感，偶伴有右手麻木感，右手在维持姿势时有轻微震颤，无肢体活动障碍，自觉上诉症状无加重。2011年8月门诊以“右手肌肉萎缩5＋个月”收治入院。
