高频电和机械磨削法在白癜风表皮移植中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察两种磨削方法在表皮移植术治疗白癜风中的应用效果。方法:32例局限型稳定期白癜风患者随机分为高频电磨削组(A组)18例及机械磨削组(B组)14例,观察表皮移植后的疗效及手术的便利性。结果:A、B组的治愈率分别为65%和62.5%,有效率分别为91.67%和89.58%。结论:两组在疗效上无显著差异,高频电磨削法在不平坦的皮面更便于精细操作。 Objective To evaluate two grinding methods used in vitiligo treatment by epidermic grafting. Methods 32 local and stable vitiligo patients were involved and divided into 2 groups randomly: high frequency group (A) and mechanical grinding group (B), The effect and convenience were compared. Results The cure rate of A group and B group was 65% and 62.5% respectively, the effective rate of them was 91.67% and 89.58% respectively. Conclusions There was no significant differences between two groups yet high frequency was more convenience in some circumstance.
