黑龙江地区健康女性不同年龄和不同部位对黑色素和血红素值影响的初步分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究黑龙江地区健康女性皮肤黑色素、血红素与年龄的相关性。方法:选取231名健康女性志愿者,按照年龄将其分成六组,并检测其不同部位皮肤的黑色素和血红素含量。结果:与21~27组相比随着年龄的增加黑色素的含量在增大,并且在面颊部最为明显,均存在极显著性差异(P<0.01)。除面颊部外,血红素的含量随年龄的增加有增多的趋势,与21~27组相比,前臂屈侧的血红素含量随年龄的增加明显增多,并且存在显著性差异和极显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:随着年龄的增加,黑色素和血红素的含量都在增加。 Objective The article aims to study the relationship of women skin's Melanin,Protoheme and age in the region of Hei Longjiang Province. Methods 231 female volunteer were chosen,they were classified six groups according to age, and the amounts of Melanin and Protoheme in the skin of the different part were detected. Results The value of Melanin in each group is decreasing comparing with the 21 N27, and the cheek is the most obvious,there was a significant difference. In addition to the cheek, Protoheme's content is increasing with the age growing,Compared with the 21-27 group,the forearm flexor side of the hemoglobin content is increasing significantly with the growing age, significant difference and the more significant difference exist (P〈0.05 和 P〈0.01). Conclusion With the age growing, the Melanin,Protoheme are increasing significantly.
