射频治疗42例面部皱纹疗效观察

The efficacy of RF treatment for 42 cases of facial wrinkles

目的:观察Accentpro深蓝射频治疗仪治疗面部皮肤皱纹和松弛的效果和安全性。方法:对42例面部皮肤松弛与皱纹要求改善的患者采用Accentpro深蓝热塑射频治疗仪进行治疗,每2周治疗1次,5次为1个疗程,分别在第1次治疗前、第5次治疗后1个月、3个月观察疗效。结果:42例患者均完成1个疗程的治疗,所有患者均未发现水疱、皮肤烫伤、色素沉着和瘢痕等不良反应,显效83%,有效17%,总有效率100%。结论:Accentpro射频治疗仪治疗面部皮肤皱纹和松弛安全、有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effectiveness and safety of Accentpro deep blue RF on facial wrinkles and relaxation. Methods 42 cases of facial skin laxity and wrinkles that require improvement were treated with Accentpro deep blue RF（Alma lasers Ltd.） once every two weeks to five times for a course. The therapeutic effects were recorded before the treatment period of treatment, respectively, in the first treatment, one and three months after the 5th treatment respectively. Results 42 patients complete a course of treatment, no one have got blisters, skin burns, pigmentation,scarring and other adverse reaction. The total effective rate is 100% with noticeable effect rate 83% and effective rate 17%. Conclusion Accentpro RF instrument was radio safe and effective for facial wrinkles and laxity.
