摘要
目的:评价分段成形系统应用于相邻接的邻面洞的临床效果。方法:选取75例患者,90对(180颗)具有相邻接的邻面洞的患牙。随机分为两组,两组进行复合树脂直接充填。实验组45对(90颗)患牙,采用分段成形系统;对照组45对(90颗)患牙采用传统金属成形片。评价了术中舒适度、食物嵌塞、悬突、邻接关系恢复、邻面形态、边缘嵴形态6个方面,采用χ2检验。结果:两组在术中舒适度、食物嵌塞、邻接关系恢复、邻面形态、边缘嵴形态5个方面,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在产生悬突方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05,)。结论:在相邻接的邻面洞树脂修复中分段成形系统优于传统金属成形片。
Objective To evaluate the Palodent matrix system in adjacent class Ⅱcavities in clinical. Methods There were 90 couples(180) teeth with adjacent class Ⅱ cavities from 75 patients.And were randomly divided into two groups, it were composited resin adhesive restoration,experimental group 45 couples (90) teeth useing Palodent matrix system; Contorl group 45 couples (90) teeth using conventional steel matrix band.Evaluate the comfort level at operateing,food impaction,filling overhang,proximal contact,proximal surface shape,marginal ridge.Evaluated by χ2 statistics.Results There were found statistically difference from the comfort level at operateing,food impaction ,proximal contact, proximal surface shape,marginal ridge in two groups P〈0.05,But in fi Iling overhang no statistically difference P〉0.05. Conclusion Palodent matrix system is better then conventional steel matrix band in adjacent class Ⅱ cavities.
