Effects of psychological interventions in atresia of external acoustic meatus patients during perioperative period

目的:探讨心理干预对先天性外耳道闭锁围手术期患者的影响。方法:采用方便抽样方法选取57例住院患者,入院后采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者进行测试与评定。结果:心理干预前后,患者的焦虑、抑郁程度明显改善。结论:实施心理干预能有效减轻围手术期外耳道闭锁患者的心理应激状态,有利于临床治疗及愈后。

Objective To evaluate the effects of psychological interventions in external acoustic meatus patients during perioperative period. Methods 57 patients were randomly chosen and evaluated by SDS and SAS. Results After psychological intervention,the degree of anxiety and depression were improved expressly. Conclusion Psychological intervention could prove the stringent state of external acoustic meatus patients during perioperative period and favored to cure.
