妇炎消冲剂的药效学实验研究

Experimental research in pharmacological effect of Fu Yan Xiao granule

目的 :观察妇炎消冲剂药效。方法 :采用对大鼠子宫内放置塑料管致肿胀 ;蹊部皮下放置棉球致肉芽肿 ;对小鼠断尾测定出血凝血时间。结果 :妇炎消冲剂可明显抑制子宫肿胀和肉芽增生 ,缩短出血凝血时间 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :妇炎消冲剂是通过抗炎 ,抑制肿胀 ,改善凝血机制起药效作用。

Objective: The research was conducted to observe pharmacological effect of the Fu Yan Xiao granule Methods: Plastic was placed in uterus of rat;Cotton was placed under skin of footpath of rat;The bleeding and clotting times were determined Results: The swelling of uterus and the proliferation of granuloma tissue were controled,the bleeding and clotting times were shortened ( P <0 05).Conclusion: Fu Yan Xiao granule has the antiphlogistic effect and the effect of shortening bleeding and clotting time.
