胎盘型谷胱甘肽S-转移酶在喉肿瘤组织的表达

摘要 目的 :检测胎盘型谷胱甘肽S -转移酶 (GST -π)在喉鳞状细胞癌、喉乳头状瘤、声带息肉的表达及意义。方法 :病理诊断确诊的喉鳞状细胞癌标本 3 4例 ,喉乳头状瘤 3 1例 ,声带息肉 3 8例 ,用免疫胶体金方法检测GST -π在喉肿瘤组织的表达。结果 :3 4例喉鳞状细胞癌组织GST -π表达 10 0 %阳性 ,其中有 3例化疗后表达强度增强 ;3 1例喉乳头状瘤组织 12 9%弱阳性表达 ;3 8例声带息肉全部为阴性。结论 :GST -π对喉部良、恶性肿瘤的检测及化疗耐药性的产生方面有重要意义。 Objective: The experiment is to study the expression of glutathione S transferase (GST π) in laryngeal tumors,such as squamous cell cancer,papilloma and polyp.Methods: Expression of GST π was studied immunohistochemically(glue gold method) in routinely processed tissues from 34 cases of squamous cell cancer,31 cases of papilloma,38 cases of polyp of vocal card.Results: The expression rates of GST π in squamous cell cancer were 100%.The expression of GST π in 3 cases of squamous cell cancer got stranger after chemical therapy.The expression rates of GST π in papilloma were 12.9% but the staining were light.All the larynx polyps were negative for GST π.Conclusion: GST π has the important significance for distinguishing benign and malignant tumors and producing chemotherapeutic resistance.
