完全腔镜下治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤15例

Completely Endoscopic Treatment of 15 Cases of Benign Thyroid

目的探讨腹腔镜下甲状腺切除术的临床可行性,方法对本院2009至2012年施行完全腔镜下甲状腺切除术的15例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 15例患者均能顺利施行完全腔镜下甲状腺切除术。手术时间单侧:90～140min(平均112.3min),双侧1例170min,术中出血15～25 mL,平均住院时间为4～7d,无术后大出血、窒息,无喉返神经和甲状旁腺损伤等并发症。术后随访无复发。结论完全腔镜下甲状腺切除术是一种外观美容效果较好。

Objective To explore the feasibility of endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods 15 cases of endoscopic thyroideetomy patient’s data were reviewed retrospectively from 2009-2012.Results The total operation was accomplished under endoscope in 15 cases successfully.The operation time of unilateral was 90~140 min（mean：112.3 min）,of bilateral：170min,The length of postoperative hospital stay was 4~7 days.No bleeding after operation,no asphyxia,no injury of the recurrent laryngeal nerve or the parathyroid glands occurred.Reexaminations with B-ultrasonography revealed no recurrence.Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy is a safe and feasible procedure.It has better cosmetic outcomes.
