口腔颌面部囊肿开窗减压术治疗的疗效分析

目的就应用开窗减压术对患有口腔颌面部囊肿的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法随机抽取72例口腔颌面部囊肿患者病例,将其分为传统组和减压组,平均每组36例。传统组采用常规手术方法进行治疗;减压组采用开窗减压术进行治疗。结果减压组患者手术治疗的成功率明显优于传统组;手术治疗时间和住院时间明显短于传统组;围手术期内出现并发症的人数明显少于传统组;术中出血量明显低于传统组。结论应用开窗减压术对患有口腔颌面部囊肿的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective Application window decompression with oral and maxillofacial cyst of the patients treated with the clinical effect of research and analysis.Methods 72 cases were randomly oral and maxillofacial cyst cases,which is divided into traditional group and the reduced pressure group,on average,each group of 36 cases.The conventional methods of traditional surgical treatment;The reduced pressure group window decompression for treatment.Results The reduced pressure groups of patients,surgical treatment success rate of much better than traditional group;Surgical treatment time and the length of time the obvious short traditional group;Perioperative period the number of complications is less than that of traditional group;Peri-operative bleeding was significantly lower than the traditional group.Conclusion Application window decompression with oral and maxillofacial cyst of the patients treated with the clinical effect is very obvious.
