前路减压植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨前路减压植骨内固定对胸腰椎合并脊髓损伤患者治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性地分析我院于2001年3月至2012年1月所收治的60例胸腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤的患者的临床资料,采用前路减压后自体植骨融合并用钛板进行内固定,观察其治疗效果。结果术后随访6个月~18个月,治疗后胸腰椎的生理弯曲基本恢复正常,植骨融合良好,无内固定松动及断裂,椎管狭窄程度减轻,Cobb角得到纠正,神经功能有所恢复。结论对于胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的患者行前路减压彻底,方便于脊髓神经的恢复,自体植骨并钛板固定后比较稳定,是骨折良好愈合的前提。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of anterior decompression and internal fixation of thoracolumbar spinal cord injury patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of thoracolumbar fractures admitted to hospital in March 2001 to January 2012 and the clinical data of patients with spinal cord injury by anterior decompression and fusion with autologous bone graft and titanium plate inside fixed to observe the treatment effect.Results The patients were followed up for 6 months to 18 months after treatment,thoracic and lumbar physiological curvature returned to normal,good bone fusion,loosening and fracture without internal fixation,spinal canal stenosis reduce the Cobb angle to be corrected,nerve function the recovery.Conclusion For the restoration of thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury patients with anterior decompression thoroughly,and to facilitate the spinal cord,autologous bone graft and titanium plate fixation is relatively stable,is the fracture healed well the premise.
