摘要
目的通过检测瘦素在不同证型胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌临床病理及中医证型的关系。方法对150例患者进行中医辨证分型、检测其瘦素表达水平并进行分析。结果胃癌组织瘦素阳性表达率为84.3%;与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有显著相关(P<0.05)。瘦素在胃癌不同中医证型中存在着差异表达。结论瘦素可作为胃癌浸润、转移及预后的指标之一。瘦素表达差异可能为胃癌不同中医证型的物质基础。
Objective Detect the expression of leptin in the different syndromes of gastric carcinoma,to investigate its relationship with gastric carcinoma and TCM syndrome type Methods Syndrome differentiation typing of 150 patients to detect the level of leptin expression and analysis.Results Positive leptin expression in gastric carcinoma was 84.3%;with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage were significantly related to（P0.05）.There are differences in the expression of leptin in gastric cancer with different TCM syndromes.Conclusion Leptin can be used as indicator of tumor invasion,metastasis and prognosis.Leptin expression differences may be the basis for the material of gastric cancer with different TCM syndromes.
