尿液潜血试验与镜检红细胞结果的对比观察

目的观察比较镜检尿红细胞和尿潜血经过尿液分析仪检测后的结果。方法选取2009年7月至2009年7月我院收治的内科住院患者256例,作为研究对象。采集患者新鲜的晨尿,在第一时间用尿液分析仪检测血的阴阳性。在显微镜下观察是否有红细胞并数出其个数。根据观察结果对比尿液潜血试验与镜检红细胞的测量准确度。结果用镜检尿红细胞法检测出患者潜血呈阴性的患者数116,呈阳性的患者数140。用尿液分析仪检测出患者潜血呈阴性的患者数102,呈阳性的患者数154。两组结果经χ2检验后得出两组结过有明显差异,具有统计学意义。患者经尿液分析仪判断出阴性后镜检有红细胞的患者数5名,无红细胞的患者数为97名。判断出阳性后镜检有红细胞的患者数135名,无红细胞的患者数为15名。结果经χ2检验后得出两组结过有明显差异,具有统计学意义。结论尿液潜血试验与镜检红细胞联合起来会增加测量准确度。
