眼睑部皮肤基底细胞癌的放射治疗技术

目的探讨眼睑部皮肤基底细胞癌的放射治疗的方法。方法对6例眼睑部皮肤基底细胞癌应用电子直线加速器电子线治疗,通过精确的定位、摆位,予眼内低熔点铅挡块遮挡晶体和角膜,照射前、后予预防晶体、角膜反应。总照射剂量为6000cGy,分次量为200cGy/次,照射时野表面覆盖1cm厚的补偿膜。结果全部病例治疗效果好,其中有2例出现1级晶体反应,未发现视力减弱;有皮肤轻度色素沉着及脱屑,均不做特殊处理能自行痊愈。结论眼睑部皮肤基底细胞癌行电子直线加速器电子线照射,治疗方法简便,效果较好。

Objective Explore palpebral ministry skin of basal cell carcinoma radiotherapy method.Methods 6 cases palpebral ministry to skin basal cell carcinoma application of electronic llinac electronic line therapy,through the precise positioning,place a,to the eye low melting point lead block piece of keep out crystal and cornea,before and after exposure to prevent crystal,corneal reaction.The total radiation dose for 6000 cGy,divide second quantity is 200 cGy/time,illuminate when surface coverage 1 cm thick wild the compensation of the film.Results All cases treatment effect is good,there are two patients suffered from grade 1 crystal reaction,not weakened visual acuity;A mild skin pigmentation and take off bits,all don＇t do on its own special treatment can heal Conclusion Palpebral ministry skin basal cell carcinoma line electronic llinac electronic line irradiation,treatment method is simple,the effect is good.
