直线切割缝合器在右半结肠切除消化道重建术中的应用观察

The Observation of Utility of Linear Cutting Stapler in the Right Colon Resection

目的探讨直线切割闭合器在右半结肠切除消化道重建术中的应用技巧及意义。方法对2009年5月至2011年11月共35例升结肠癌患者接受右半结肠切除术,患者随机分为2组,其中20例消化道重建采用直线切割闭合器进行吻合,15例采用手工吻合。结果全组无死亡病例,两组患者术后平均排气时间、平均住院日、吻合口瘘发生率、吻合口出血率、术后腹腔感染发生率方面无统计学差异,观察组手术时间小于对照组。结论直线切割缝合器在右半结肠消化道重建中具有吻合确切、操作简单、时间短的优点,具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the techniques and its significance of linear cutting stapler in the reconstruction of right hemicolectomy.Methods From May 2009 to Nov 2011 a total of 35cases of ascending colon carcinoma patients underwent right hemicolectomy,patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,linear cutting staplers were used for reconstruction in 20 cases,15 cases by hand.Results There was no mortality,the mean postoperative time,average hospitalization days,anastomotic leakage,anastomotic hemorrhage rate,postoperative intraabdominal infection rate had no statistically difference in the two groups.The mean time for operation was shorter than contrast group.Conclusion Liner cutting stapler had its advantage in operation time and other effects,and worth for further use.
