摘要
目的探讨神经外科微创手术后并发颅内感染的危险因素。方法 2009年4月至2012年4月期间,我院实施微创手术后并发颅内感染的80例患者,对其病例进行回顾性分析。结果 80例并发颅内感染患者中,75例为意识障碍(93.75%),67例为年龄>70岁(83.75%),58例综合无菌观念差(82.50%),51例留管时间过长(63.75%),35例引流液逆流(43.75%),26例脑室内冲洗不当(32.50%),20例备皮准备不充分(25.00%),16例引流管污染(20.00%),10例术中污染(12.50%)。结论意识障碍、高龄、无菌观念差、引流时间过长、引流液逆流、室内冲洗不当、备皮不充分、引流管污染、术中污染,这些都是微创术后并发颅内感染的高危因素。
Objective To study the risk factors of intracranial infection after neurosurgery minimally invasive surgery.Method The cases about 80 patients with intracranial infection after neurosurgery minimally invasive surgery during the period from April 2009 to April 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Result In 80 patients with intracranial infection,75 patients with conscious disturbance(93.75%),67 patients with 70 age(83.75%),58 patients with poor sterile concept(82.50%),51 patients with drainage tube remaining too long(63.75%),35 patients with drainage fluid reflux(43.75%),26 patients with brain indoor flush incorrectly(32.50%),20 patients with no-fully skin preparation(25.00%),16 patients with drainage tube pollution(20.00%),10 patients with intra-operative contamination(12.50%).Conclusion The conscious disturbance,old age,antiseptic,poor sterile concept,too-long remaining of drainage tube,drainage fluid reflux,brain indoor flush incorrectly,no-fully skin preparation,drainage tube pollution and intra-operative contamination were high risk factors of intracranial infection after minimally invasive surgery.
