中医护理干预对肝阳上亢型高血压患者的影响研究

The Effects Analysis of Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention for Hyperactivity of Liver Yang Hypertension

目的探讨中医护理干预对肝阳上亢型高血压患者的影响。方法选择2009年8月至2011年12月我院收治的60例老年高血压患者,在常规治疗的基础上,护理人员对本组患者积极采用中医护理干预教育模式。结果经过中医护理干预后,本组患者高血压知识方面回答正确率都有了明显提高(P<0.05)。在多数营养知识方面的回答正确率也有明显提高(P<0.05)。同时本组患者的收缩压、舒张压、血清胆固醇和血清三酰甘油值在护理后都有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预需要适应医学模式转变,其是肝阳上亢型高血压病患者提高自我保健能力,改善临床症状的主要护理措施。

Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine nursing intervention for hyperactivity of liver yang hypertension.Methods Selected 60 cases of hyperactivity of liver yang hypertension in our hospital from August 2009 to December 2011,on the basis of the conventional treatment,all the cases were given the actively Chinese medicine nursing intervention.Results After intervention,this group of patients with hypertension knowledge of correct answer rate were improved significantly（P0.05）.so that were to the most nutrition knowledge（P0.05）.This group of patients with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum cholesterol and serum triglyceride values were decreased significantly after nursing（P0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing interventions need to adapt to changes in the medical model,it’s the main nursing measures for improve self-care capacity,improve clinical symptoms for hyperactivity of liver yang hypertension.
