摘要
目的了解妇科门诊患者的体检知识知晓情况和患病种类分布状况。方法对就诊的妇科门诊患者发放自填式问卷,调查体检知识认知情况;对妇科门诊日志所登记患者的初步诊断情况进行统计。结果全部知晓6项妇检知识者不足20%,单项最高者65.5%;慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎患者约占全部患者的40%,不同年龄妇女患妇科疾病患病情况差异具有显著性。结论妇科门诊就医患者妇检知识知晓较低,有必要促进健康教育活动,提高女性自我保健意识。不同年龄组女性患病种类不同。
Objectives To understand awareness of health check knowledge and disease distribution of Gynecological Oputpatients.Methods Gynecological Oputpatients were required to complete a questionnnaire regarding health check knowledge,and their diagnosis were collected from outpatient clinic log and analyzed.Results Less than 20% of the patients fully awared the health check knowledges,cervicitis and colpitis took account of 40% of the diseases.Conclusion Awareness of gynecological health check was low and relevent health education about is needed.Cervicitis and colpitis were the most common diseases,and different age group had different diseases.
