茶多酚对顺铂所致机体损伤的保护作用

Effects of Tea Polyphenol on bodys damag caused by Cisplatin

目的 :探讨茶多酚对顺铂毒副作用的影响。方法 :小白鼠随机分为阴性对照组 ,阳性对照组 ,高剂量顺铂组 ,低剂量顺铂组 ,高剂量顺铂 +茶多酚组 ,低剂量顺铂 +茶多酚组 ,分别处理 35天后 ,测定精子畸形率。结果 :高顺 +茶组的精子畸形率低于高顺组 ,显著低于低顺组 (P<0 .0 5 )。肾病理组织学检查结果表明 ,加茶多酚组较单用顺铂组肾损害有所减轻。结论 :茶多酚能在一定程度上缓解顺铂的致突变性和肾毒性。

s Objective: To discuss the effects of Tea Polyphenol(TP) on damages of body by Cisplatin(DDP).Methods: Mice were randomized into six groups,i.e.negative control group,positive control group,highDDP group,low DDP group,high DDP+TP group,low DDP+TP group,treated with DDP and TP for five weeks,then through the sperm abserration test,Lymphocyte cell comet assay,and kidney pathology to appraise the effects of TP on bodys damage caused by DDP.Result: TP can significantly alleviate DDPs damages on DNA and reduce the rate of sprm aberration ,and the kidney pathology showed that TP has a protectine effect on renal damaged induced by DDP.Conclusion: TP can partly resist the mutagenisis and kidney toxicity caused by DDP.
