胃痛消痞方对肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良大鼠血清及胃窦组织中NT、SP含量的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨胃痛消痞方对肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良大鼠血清及胃窦组织中NT、SP含量的影响。方法用ELISA法和免疫组化法检测大鼠血清及胃窦组织中NT、SP含量及阳性纤维的平均灰度值。结果各治疗组NT含量均低于模型组(P<0.01),但高于正常组(P<0.01);中药治疗组NT含量低于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。各治疗组SP含量均高于模型组(P<0.01),但低于正常组(P<0.01);中药治疗组SP含量高于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论胃痛消痞方可以降低功能性消化不良大鼠血清及胃肠组织中升高的NT,并使降低的SP升高。 Objective To investigate the effect of weitongxiaopi decoction(WTXPD)on NT and SP of serum and gastric antrum in FD rats with stagnation of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods The ELISA and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the content of NT,SP and the average gray value in rats′ serum and gastric antrum tissue.Results The NT content in each treatment group was lower than that in model group(P0.01),but higher than that in normal group(P0.01);The NT content of Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that of Western medicine group(P0.05).The SP content in each treatment group was higher than that in model group(P0.01),but lower than that in normal group(P0.01);The SP content of Chinese medicine treatment group was higher than that of Western medicine group(P0.05).Conclusion WTXPD can reduce the elevated NT and increase the decreased SP in FD rats′ serum and grastrointinal tissue.
