宝华玉兰种子挥发性化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘要 目的分离鉴定宝华玉兰(Magnolia zenii Cheng.)种子的挥发性成分。方法采用气—质联用(GC-MS)技术,应用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。结果气相色谱共分离出25个色谱峰,鉴定出其中19种化合物,占该挥发性成分总量的99.60%。结论宝华玉兰种子的挥发性成分以tomentosin(95.48%)为主。 Objective To isolate and analyze the volatile components from seeds of Magnolia zenii.. Methods The volatile components from seeds of Magnolia zenii, were extracted and then analyzed by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was calculated by peak area normalization. Results 25 peaks were detected, and 19 compounds were identified, which made up 99. 60% of the total volatile components. Conclusion The main constituents in the volatile components is tomentosin(95.48% ).
