HPLC法测定己烯雌酚乳膏中己烯雌酚的含量

Determination of diethylstilbestrol in diethylstilbestrol cream by HPLC

目的应用高效液相色谱法测定己烯雌酚乳膏中己烯雌酚的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18(150 mm×2.5 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(70∶30);流速:0.5 mL/min;检测波长:254 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:20μL。结果己烯雌酚的线性范围为0.013～0.114 mg/mL;r=0.9997(n=5),平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.25%。结论该法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于己烯雌酚乳膏中己烯雌酚的含量测定。

Objective To determine the content of diethylstilbestrol in diethylstilbestrol cream by HPLC.Methods The HPLC was used with a Hypersil ODS C18（150 mm × 2.5 mm,5 μm） column,the mobile phase wasmethyl alcohol-water（70∶30）,the detective wavelength was 254 nm with the flow rate of 0.5 mL /min,the columntemperature was 25 ℃,the injection volume was 20 μL.Results The linear range of diethylstilbestrol was 0.013 ～0.114 mg /mL（r=0.9997,n=5） and the average recovery rate was 99.8%,RSD=0.25%.Conclusion The methodis simple with good sensitivity and good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of diethylstilbestrol in di-ethylstilbestrol cream.
