心理干预对阿德福韦停药后反弹的慢性乙型肝炎患者情绪的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查阿德福韦停药后反弹的慢性乙型肝炎患者情绪状态,比较分析心理干预前后的变化。方法对52例阿德福韦停药后反弹的慢性乙型肝炎患者予Zun9自评抑郁量表(SDS)、自评焦虑量表(SAS)评分,心理治疗后1周再次评分。结果 96.2%的患者有不同程度的情绪障碍,焦虑发生率为53.8%,抑郁发生率为42.3%;心理治疗后患者的情绪障碍发生率下降至75%,焦虑发生率为36.5%,抑郁发生率为38.5%。患病后女性焦虑、抑郁情绪较男性明显。情绪障碍:≤40岁35例,>40岁17例。结论临床上心理干预对阿德福韦停药后反弹的慢性乙型肝炎患者情绪状态有良性作用,且有助于患者的治疗与恢复。
