未成熟心肌体外循环动物模型的建立

摘要 目的探讨建立未成熟心肌体外循环动物模型的方法。方法选用小于8周的同种健康本地幼犬20只,将20只幼犬随机分为浅低温体外循环不停跳组(实验组)及冷晶体液间断灌注心脏停跳组(对照组)2个组。2种动物模型建立后,观测转流过程中血液动力学和血气分析指标的变化。结果 2组实验动物模型体外循环转流过程中,血液动力学平稳和血气分析指标正常。结论幼犬体外循环动物模型的建立能满足对未成熟心肌的研究要求。 Objective To explore the method of setting up immature myocardium cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) animal model. Meth- ods 20 healthy local young dogs ( 〈 8 weeks) were randomly divided into 2 groups: one is beating heart with mild hypothermia cardiopul- monary bypass group (experimental group), the other one is cardiac arrest with crystalloid intermit perfusion group (control group). The changes of homodynamic index and blood-gas analysis index were observed in the process of bypass. Results Animal models of the two groups were all of stable blood dynamics and normal blood-gas analysis index in the process of bypass. Conclusion The establishment of young dog CPB animal models can meet the requirements of studying immature myocardium.
