解剖锁定钢板对老年股骨远端骨折的临床效果分析 被引量：3

摘要 股骨远端骨折通常是由高能量暴力所致，例如车祸伤、高处坠落伤等。随着我国社会的发展以及人民生活水平的提高，交通创伤性骨折的发生率也逐渐升高。老年患者通常伴有严重的骨质疏松，对于这类骨质较差的患者，选择合理有效的内固定器材非常重要，股骨远端解剖锁定型钢板是近年来开发的一类新型内固定物，股骨髁钢板则是目前广泛使用的用于治疗股骨远端骨折的器材。2007年1月至2011年1月我科收治91例老年股骨远端骨折患者，采用解剖锁定钢板和股骨髁钢板固定，比较两者的疗效，现报告如下。
