摘要
目的:探讨两种消毒方法对部分物品表面消毒效果。方法:选择两种消毒方法进行研究,分别为臭氧床消毒机消毒法和含氯消毒液擦试法,采样方法、检测方法与消毒效果的评价均为《消毒技术规范》(2002版)和《医院消毒卫生标准》中的相关规定。进行规范的接种培养,观察大肠杆菌,表面葡萄球菌和枯叶杆菌的例数。结果:两种方法共消毒样本991例,其中含氯消毒液擦试组消毒样本为487例,合格例数为451例,合格率为92.6%,臭氧床消毒机组消毒样本例数为504例,合格例数为499例,合格率为99.0%,臭氧床消毒机消毒合格率明显高于含氯消毒液擦试法消毒(P<0.05),两种消毒方法对大肠杆菌、表面葡糖球菌和枯叶杆菌抑制情况分析显示,含氯消毒液擦试组未检出大肠杆菌例数为452例,占92.8%,臭氧床消毒组未检出例数为502例,占99.6%,两组抑制大肠杆菌效果分析有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两种消毒方法抑制表面葡萄球菌和枯叶杆菌没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用臭氧床消毒法相对于含氯消毒液擦拭法消毒效率更高、操作简单且消毒效果好。
Objective:To investigate both method of disinfection surface of some of the items sanitizing effect.Methods: two disinfection methods were used in this study,the ozone bed disinfectors and chlorinated disinfectant.The wiping method,sampling method,the detection and disinfection efficacy of evaluation are "disinfection technical specifications"(2002 version) and the hospital disinfected the health standards in the relevant provisions.Standardized training of inoculation,Number of cases of E.coli,the surface of Staphylococcus aureus and leaves bacteria were observed.Results: Both methods disinfeced total sample of 991 cases,of which the chlorine disinfectant wipe the group disinfection sample of 487 cases,451 cases qualified cases,a pass rate of 92.6%,ozone bed disinfection unit dismfected 504 cases.the number of eligible cases were 499 cases,with a pass rate of 99.0%,ozone bed disinfectors pass rate was significantly higher than the disinfection of chlorine disinfectant smear method(P 0.05).Both the method of disinfection of E.coli,the surface of glucose cocci and leaves bacteria inhibition analysis showed that the chlorine disinfectant wipeing group were not detected to 452 E.coli cases cases,accounting for 92.8%,ozone bed disinfection group was not detected in the cases of 502 cases,accounting for 99.6% inhibition of the two groups E.coli effect was statistically significant(P 0.05),while the two disinfection methods of suppression surface aureus and leaves bacteria were not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion: The use of ozone bed sterilization method compovred with chlorine disinfectant swab disinfection efficiency is,operation simple.
