陕西工业产业集聚程度研究

The Study of Industrial Agglomeration Degree of Shaan'xi

产业集聚效应是促进区域经济发展的一个重要因素,为促进陕西省工业经济及区域经济快速发展,文章从静态和动态两方面,分别利用静态区位熵和动态产业集聚指数的研究方法对陕西省工业产业集聚程度进行分析。从分析结果来看,石油和天然气开采业、煤炭开采和洗选业在静态和动态两方面都表现较好;但在动态集聚指数方面,煤炭开采和洗选业表现出更强的发展潜力;有色金属采矿业在未来很可能失去市场竞争力。因此,要发挥产业集聚对区域经济的促进作用,首先要遵循产业集聚的内在发展规律,提升区域产业集聚水平;其次要发挥资源优势,壮大优势产业发展潜力;最后要巩固有色金属采矿业,注重工业产业的均衡增长。

Industrial agglomeration effect is an important factor to drive the development ot reglonat economy. In order to promote the rapid development of the industrial economy and regional economy of Shaan＇xi province, the authors use the static location entropy and dynamic industrial agglomeration to analyze industrial agglomeration degree of Shaan＇xi province from the static and dynamic aspects. The analysis results show that, oil and natural gas mining industry, coal mining and washing showed good agglomeration degree from static and dynamic aspects, but in the dynamic agglomeration degree, coal mining and coal washing industry showed a stronger development in latent capacity; nonferrous metal mining industry will probably lose market competition in the future. Therefore, in order to play the leading role of region industrial agglomeration in the economy, first of all, we should follow the inherent law of the industrial agglomeration development to upgrade the industrial level of specialization; secondly, we should take resource advantages, expand development potential of advantage industry, consolidae nonferrous metal mining industry, and pay attention to balanced growth of industry.
