我国区域能源消费与经济增长关系的比较研究——基于省际面板数据的实证分析

Comparative Analysis of the Relationship Between Economic Growth and Energy Consumption ——The Panel Data from the Provinces in China

通过选取我国各省1995—2010年能源消费与地区生产总值的面板数据,进行面板单位根与协整检验,并结合柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,建立经济增长与能源消费的变系数模型。实证结果表明,经济增长与能源消费之间存在长期协整关系,且各地区经济增长对能源消费的初始依赖有较大差异,能源消费的产出弹性也反映出各地区能源使用效率的状况。要保持我国经济可持续发展,就需要提高能源使用效率,优化能源消费结构,实现经济与能源的协调发展。

By selecting the panel data of energy consumption and GDP of Chinese provinces in 1995-2010, the panel data which be processed by panel unit root test, cointegration test and combined with the Cobb -- Douglas production function establish variable coefficients model of economic growth and energy consumption. The results show that it exists long-term cointegration relationship between economic growth and energy consumption, and have bigger differences in the initial dependency of energy consumption of economic growth. The output elasticity of energy consumption also reflects the status of the regional energy efficiency. To keep the sustainable development of economy and achieve the coordinated development of economy and energy, it is necessary to improve the energy efficiency, optimize energy consumption structure.
