心力衰竭（HF）的发病率和病死率逐渐升高，HF的总患病率为2％-3％。NT—proBNP作为生物标志物，已经被证实广泛用于HF患者的诊断，NT—proBNP受多种因素影响，而年龄对其的影响广受关注。结合年龄因素使用NT—proBNP判断老年患者HF至关重要。

As a biomarker, NT-proBNP has been shown to be widely used in the diagnosis of HF patients.
