摘要
研究黑荆树皮原花色素的超声波辅助提取最佳工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法对提取因素进一步优化,利用Design Expert 8.0.4软件建立二次多项数学模型,获得黑荆树皮原花色素最佳提取工艺参数分别为:提取温度50℃,提取时间33.45 min,超声波频率67 kHz,液料比11.04∶1(mL∶g),在此条件下,原花色素得率可达21.58%。与预测值21.68%相差很小。
The optimal extraction conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of proanthocyanidins from black wattle bark were studied. The response surface methodology (RSM) were employed for the optimization of extraction based on single factor tests. The Design Expert 8.0.4 software was adopted to built a second order quadratic equation. The result showed that the optimal ex- traction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 50℃, extraction time 33.45 min, ultrasonic frequency 67 kHz, ratio of liquid to solid 11. 04: 1. Under above conditions, the extraction yield of proanthocyanidins was up to 21.58 % which was very closely to 21.68 % of prediction value.
