摘要
研究以宁波某大桥中跨钢箱梁安装为背景,采用有限元软件ANSYS,建立支承钢箱梁的空间仿真模型,将桥面吊机的自重和吊装荷载通过支点力传递给钢箱梁,结合钢箱梁恒载的共同作用,分析支承钢箱梁在吊装过程中的受力状况及应力分布情况,从而了解施工阶段钢箱梁的受力过程,确保施工安全.
Taking Ningbo Daxie second bridge as an engineering background, this paper introduces the construction procedure of the derrick crane installing of steel box girders and uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish simulation model of the steel box girder. In the period of cantilever construction of girder, the protection force of derrick crane and constant load are considered and analysis of stress state of steel box girder is conducted. Through the ANSYS finite element analysis, the stress distribution of the steel box girder is obtained so as to understand the loading mechanism of steel box girder during the construction stage, which is significant to guide practical engineering.
