地方高校学报办刊理念的凝炼与思考——以《文山学院学报》为例

Reflection on Running the Journals in Local Universities:Taking the Journal of Wenshan University as a Case Study

以《文山学院学报》为例,对地方高校学报具有的学术性、局限性、内向性的共性特征和民族性、地域性、偏向性的异性特征进行分析,阐明了地方高校学报应选择一条立足地方历史文化积淀、立足学校学科建设构建特色栏目的发展之路,并在长期的坚持与凝炼中确立"深耕本土锲而不舍"的办刊理念。同时,对地方高校学报办刊理念的坚守提出思考,并强调办刊主体应准确理解"深耕本土"的办刊要义,具有"锲而不舍"的办刊意志,使学报在建设中创新,在发展中蜕变。

Taking the Journal of Wenshan University as a case study, the paper analyses the common characteristics of their academic nature, limitation and inclination towards internal manuscripts, and the distinctive features of nationality and regionalism shared by local universities＇ journals; it clarifies that the journals should develop by establishing their characteristic columns based on the local historical and cultural accumulation and the discipline construction of the university, and makes clear the running concept of growing with their own characteristics based on the local history and culture by making persistent efforts. With a consistent adherence to the running concept and a persistent will, the journal must innovate while develop, and change qualitatively while growing.
