摘要
目的探讨多发脑膜瘤的CT与MRI影像学征象,提高诊断水平。方法采用64排螺旋CT,GE Singna1.5MRI作平扫、增强及MRS,回顾分析经临床病理证实的11例多发脑膜瘤的影像学特征。结果 11例患者共计35个瘤灶,CT呈等或等高密度,MRI呈等或等低信号;增强扫描病灶明显强化;约20个病灶周围可见脑膜尾征。结论联合运用CT、MRI平扫增强及MRI波谱分析,脑膜瘤的影像诊断与临床病理诊断有很高符合率。
Objective To explore the characteristic CT and MRI findings of multiple meningioma, and to raise the level of diagnosis. Methods Toshiba 64 row helical CT and GE Singna 1.5 MRI scanners were applied for CT and MRI flat and enhanced scanning and MRS analysis, and the characteristic imaging findings of 11 patients with multiple meningioma confirmed by pathological examination were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results Altogether 35 foci of tumor were found in these 11 patients, substantial parts of tumor showed slightly high density on CT plain scanning, and they were presented as homogeneous slightly low signal intensity both on T1WI and T2WI in MRI ; and the lesions were remarkably enhanced after injection of contrast medium. Dural tail sign had been found in 20 cases. Conclusion The combined application of CT and MRI flat and enhanced scanning and MRS analysis is more important in raising the accordance rate of imaging diagnosis and pathological examination of meningioma.
