输尿管镜下治疗输尿管结石的临床研究

A comparative study on efficacy of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi

目的探讨输尿管镜下治疗输尿管结石的方法。方法回顾分析自2008年2月至2011年2月期间接收治疗的200例患者资料,对进行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术(HL)和输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术(PL)的两组患者治疗结果进行比较分析。结果 HL组患者在成功率、手术时间、住院时间和碎结石块排出时间等方面均优于PL组。结论HL和PL均能有效地治疗数年输尿管结石在实际治疗时,要综合考虑患者结石状况、术者操作水平和医院设备配备等多种因素而选择术式。

Objective To explore the best method for treatment of ureteral calculi under uroteroscopy. Methods The elinical data of 200 cases of ureteral calculi receiving holmium laser litbotripsy （HL） or pneumatic lithotripsy （PL） in this hospital during February 2008 to February 2011 were retrospectively analyzed, and the therapeutic results were compared between these two groups. Results The successful rate, operating time, duration of hospitalization, discharge time of broken stones and other aspects in patients of HL group were better than those of patients in PL group. Conclusion In clinical practice, many factors such as status of ureteral calculi, technical level of operators and equipment of the hospital etc. should be considered for the choice of procedures for operation.
