干眼症患者眼部症状与睑板腺功能的相关性分析

Study on relationship between meibomian glands and ocular symptoms in patients with dry eyes

目的探讨干眼症患者眼部症状与睑板腺功能的关系。方法为非干预性、观察性研究。选择2012年6月20日至2012年7月10日于眼科就诊的17例(34只眼)干眼症患者,采用眼表疾病指数(OSDI)积分法对患者进行眼部症状问卷调查评分,观察患者睑板腺开口,测定泪膜破裂时间(BUT);利用非接触红外线睑板腺照相系统进行睑板腺检查。结果国际眼表疾病指数OSDI(28.76±15.60)分,平均泪液分泌试验为(7.38±7.19)mm,平均BUT为(3.00±1.00)s。平均睑板腺开口积分(3.57±1.12),双眼角膜荧光染色积分(0.35±1.19)。结论睑板腺开口积分和角膜荧光染色积分与干眼症患者眼部症状具有相关性,针对睑板腺疾病的治疗可能成为干眼治疗的方向。

Objective To explore the relationship between meibomian glands and ocular symptoms in patients with dry eyes. Methods This study was a non - interventional and observational trial involved 34 eyes from 17 patients diagnosed as dry eyes during June 20th, 2012 to July 10th, 2012. Ocular Surface Disease Index （OSDI） , Schirmer test and tear film break - up time （BUT） were measured, the opening of meibomian glands was examined by using noncontact meibographic system. Results Among these patients, average OSDI was 28.76 ± 15.60, mean SIaT was 7.38 ± 7.19 mm, mean BUT was 3.00 ± 1.00 s, mean opening scores of meibomian glands was 3.57 1.12, and scores of corneal fluorescein staining were 0.35 ± 1.19. Conclusion The meibomian gland opening scores and corneal fluorescein staining scores are closely related to ocular symptoms in patients with dry eyes, and the view - point of treatment of meibomian gland disease may be the direction for treatment of dry eyes.
